Don't call this place if you are sick and need to be seen. Apparently they don't do "sick visits" and will refer you to a hospital. We already pay hundreds of dollars a month for healthcare and then are forced to pay more when care is needed because of places like this, despicable! Don't waste your time going here.

My appointment was cancelled 4 times in a row. I have run out of medication waiting for my non-existent appointment. I was told to call the nurse line for refills and I would be contacted back in 48 hrs, I did this twice and no one ever called me back. Today I was told that Dr. Alexis Federmans hours have changed and she will only be there from 8:00 to 12:00 M-F, unfortunately I have a job like most people on the planet and these hours do not work for me . I was able to get an appointment within a week to see her as a new patient. The office was easy to get to and clean. Dr. Federman was helpful with my questions and getting me my lab requests and med refill. Highly recommend her and her husband and her father in law all work in the same office to handle all internal medicine/GP cases
