They helped us out in a huge crisis my whole family was packed in a truck in the middle of the night heading for home 3 hrs away when our tire separated on the interstate. They were willing to travel to us to fix the tire for a pretty fair price we were able to limp to their shop where they repaired our tire quickly and with good customer service fair pricing. We were able to get back on the road with a good tire.
Things got a little shaky, but Ed stepped up and made things right, which I truly appreciate. I also want to apologize for raising my voice. Ed understood it wasn’t meant to be rude, but simply to make a point. What I wasn’t comfortable with was having a plug put in a used tire without being asked if that was okay. I went to a few places to get a quote on two new tires because I was told my multiple companies that my tires couldn’t be patched/ plugged. I found this shop in a google search and took a risk and I was extremely impressed with how quickly they could see me, how honest they were about what I needed and instead of lying and making me buy tires from them they were able to plug my tires and check the other two for me within 30 minutes for an amazing price and even more amazing customer service/customer care. ZERO stars, but google wont wont me to give a review without at least one star. I was desperate to have my tire fixed this evening 09/14/2025 at 11:10pm. Alexis Tire Shop advertises as a 24 hour shop. This is a LIE!!!!!! I went to the shop, there is an OPEN sign and some lights at the front, but the gate was closed and locked. I kept calling, knocking, calling out for someone until I disturbed the neighbor. I called the telephone number, only to be met by voice mail. I kept calling out thinking someone was in the back.
