I have a Honda Pilot and needed a patch on a tire. Amazing service. It was quick, efficient and such an unbelievable price. They even advised me on not getting a patch on another tire that had a nail on the outside but didn’t puncture
They helped us out in a huge crisis my whole family was packed in a truck in the middle of the night heading for home 3 hrs away when our tire separated on the interstate. They were willing to travel to us to fix the tire for a pretty fair price we were able to limp to their shop where they repaired our tire quickly and with good customer service fair pricing. We were able to get back on the road with a good tire.
Things got a little shaky, but Ed stepped up and made things right, which I truly appreciate. I also want to apologize for raising my voice. Ed understood it wasn’t meant to be rude, but simply to make a point. What I wasn’t comfortable with was having a plug put in a used tire without being asked if that was okay.
