The 18 of june was my son last appt, n the front desk lady told me, I need pay 500 n something when the last time was 284 , someone need close this place cuz in this place they take information o payments for the clients, also someone of this place stole my daughter debit card information n bought food .
Terrible Doctor. Do not trust her or any body that works for her.
Subpar orthodontist care geared towards patients paying with Medicaid- patients who do not have other options for care. Would implore anyone with private insurance to go elsewhere. Our treatment experience began prior to Ms. Shrager buying the practice but this review is only for our experience once under her care. There is a lack of attention to the treatment plan, the office staff and schedules are organized, patients are charged more than the agreement, insurance billing is messy, and treatments can leave permanent damage... read more
Was informed that account was paid in full as of Dec 1st, 2021 after making a payment of $993 in order to get my braces off the same day. Charge of $146 was deducted from account on Dec. 9th, 2021 after paying account in full. A representative from the office told me the charge didn’t exist in their system though it was posted on my bank statement. Had to dispute with my bank.
