Alexis is great but Novant is NOT. I was hugely offended that after discussing my LIFELONG cholesterol problem and what a pain it is to be taking crestor and now Ezetimibe for 30 YEARS, with little improvement and how 30 years ago they tried "lifestyle changes" and a fat free diet and how, at the time, my BMI was under 19 And HOW RIDICULOUS THAT WAS, the office called me early the next morning, right AFTER THIS DISCUSSION!
