Doctor Patsias was nice. His front desk staff/ secretaries are hard to work with and are unhelpful if the Doctor ordered any tests such as biopsies or CT/MRI scans. They were supposed to fax the order and the authorization to the diagnostic center but it took them over a week to do that since the doctor ordered it. I received the authorization in my email the same day it was ordered but I was unable to schedule my biopsy and CT scans.
