Dr. Oliveros is so kind. She listens to everything I say and I never feel rushed. She answers all my questions and explains in detail anything I don’t understand. I would highly recommend her as a primary doctor. The office staff are also friendly and helpful.
Office/Scheduling issues (never met doctor) The office called me one day before August appointment, that was made one month prior, to ask me to reschedule for Feb. They told me I made a 15 minute appointment on ZocDoc and that a physical takes longer and Dr. does not do physicals at that time in afternoon. There is no way to schedule a specific duration for appt on ZocDoc on patient’s end. Not a very knowledgeable doctor at all.
Dr. O is consistently thoughtful, thorough, and reassuring. I truly value the time she takes to listen and explain things clearly. It’s a comfort to be in such capable hands. Highly recommend!
