The scheduling team is beyond incompetent.
Horrible experience with the care provided by Dr. Grucella and and the company Optum that she works for!!! I had been in the care of Dr. Grucella's lovely nurse practitioner named Kim. She treated me and my issues were resolved, she was lovely to deal with. Kim had noticed a small spot on me that she was concerned about and wanted to have me consult Dr. Grucella. I get very nervous when I come to the appointments she speaks to me very calmly it takes her time to answer all my questions. Her assistant Melissa is the same. The doctor has done a few surgeries in the last few years for me and I totally trust her. In need be I would definitely recommend her to friends and family
I didn’t have the best experience with Dr. Alexis Grucela. There was no way to regain confidence after what I went through. I had a fistula for many years I dealt with. Looking for relief, I was introduced to Dr. Grucela. I got a seton placement successfully with her. I went back for post-op appointments at week 2, 4, and a number of times thereafter.
