About this business

Just as their other restaurant, Christo's, draws mid-town professionals and residents with its Greek/Italian/Mediterranean fare, this Valley Bank Tower cafe attracts a similar crowd from downtown. More sleek than Christo's, the dining room and lounge are furnished in metal and glass with huge windows allowing an airy feel. Rack of lamb is a specialty of the house. Pasta, poultry, beef and seafood dishes are also featured on the menu. Lunches are lighter with sandwiches, salads and soups to assuage your appetite.

Ok Italian Food Food was decent, but the service was not so great. When I went there I had to wait for 45 minutes before getting a table that was barely cleaned off. I felt like I was being rushed the entire time. The food was OK, but nothing to brag about.

Came here with my mom... My mom was visiting and this fit her description of a "nice" place to go- so we did! She had the eggplant parmesan (I could have bet money that she would) and I had spaghetti and meatballs- a classic! My plate was good, nothing exceptional, but mom's was a bit dry and could have used more sauce.

Alexis Grill Phoenix Recommended by a biz contact in the Pacific Northwest, we were pleasantly surprised by this little gem--located on the ground floor of a midtown highrise, with nice outdoor seating area and nice ambiance inside. Halibut special that day was excellent, as was the *huge* pork chop one of my companions enjoyed. Selection of daily specials (there were 5 or more) were great, and the normal menu had an good selection of pastas and other entrees. Wine was reasonably priced, owners made a point of stopping at ea... read more
