I’ve had three sessions now with Alexis and each one has been such a calming, restorative experience. From the moment you walk in, you feel safe, supported, and completely at ease. She has a very gentle and intuitive approach, creating space for you to simply relax, breathe, and let go. I recently provided gardening services for Alexis. Her professional, kind and caring nature really stood out to me, and she went above and beyond to make sure that any of my needs were met. I have no doubt Alexis brings the same compassion and professionalism to her practice!
Through my first pregnancy I learnt so much with Alexis. No question is out bounds. She has a family of her own and personal experience means so much when trusting someone with something so sacred. I received pregnancy massages which were amazing and did a hypnobirthing corse with my husband attending as well. We felt informed and confident going into the birth. I can’t recommend Alexis highly enough.
I’m not sure where to begin with my experience with Alexis. I first attended a mindfulness and yoga retreat on Stradbroke Island with One Natural Therapies.
