Alexia’s in SoHo was the most refreshing wedding dress shopping experience I had. For reference, I had to find a dress for my wedding which was 6 months away. We had gone to 4 other places prior to Alexia’s and I felt pressured to buy something at every other place due to the time constraints. This was the fifth wedding dress shop I've visited and the only one I had a bad experience in. I went to try one particular dress by House of Flora. I told the boutique my size in advance (a US 6) and at no point did they warn me that the sample size in the dress I intended to try was a US 0 (they told me during my visit that most of their samples were "runway sizes" - very uninclusive).
