My fiancé went here and said it was by far the worst experience out of all the bridal shops she visited.
Such an awful experience
Dear Michael: Your Dec 19, 2024 reply to my daughter Emily is dismissive and patronizing. We requested a copy of our contract on three separate occasions; it was never e-mailed to us. Your idea of customer service is deceptive, defensive and self serving. You took advantage of the trust we, as customers placed in you as a businessman and Alexia's as an atelier. I am not someone who typically leaves reviews, but Alexia’s Bridal Boutique was a truly fantastic experience. My stylist, Kim, made me feel so welcome, comfortable and celebrated from the moment that I walked in. The experience was fun, and felt bespoke and intimate. Bought my dream dress here and had a wonderful experience!!! Loved my stylist Shannon- they were great at communication and went truly above and beyond to make sure my dress came in time and could be altered in time. Would highly highly recommend this place- I drove from CLT NC just to shop here after trying 5 places in Charlotte!!
