My Mother passed on September 5 of this year. Her earrings and watch we’re taken off her body!! They also stole her Bible, cell phone, purse with her wallet in it and everything. We have been lied too and told there is nothing they can do about it. Doug Malar actually accused us of taking her things and we didn’t even go to clean her room out until 4 days later. Alexian Village is a great place to work! The staff are very professional and the facility is well kept.(:
I'm a little biased because I work here but I believe it is a wonderful place truly the best of the best. And the staff are like my family wouldn't trade them for anything.
They seem to be understaffed too much and this does affect the care of their patients. The staff is very nice and helpful but they can only do so much when they do not have employees on the floor! No one answers the phone at the nurses desk when I call to check on my mom! This is not acceptable!! My mother has already fell and hurt herself. Too many bad things has happened in the last few months to give a good score!
A great place for my Mother,Mrs Minnie Parham to recover from her illness. The staff were warm and friendly and took excellent care of her. Thanks. GOD BLESS YOU
