Corporate making cuts to staff and hours while raising residents rent 10%. Moral is the lowest it’s been in all the years I’ve been here. Staff are taking on extra tasks because of all the cuts and it’s affecting the quality of care. The Directors response to the moral? It’s not better anywhere else, so smile and stop complaining. The staff need to quit en mass for them to get any sort of message.
