Caring staff, but inconsistent medical practices from shift-to-shift, staff member-to-staff member. Food quality also varied significantly between weekdays and weekends.
Only SUSPENDING a person accused of great violence toward a 91 yr old client is reprehensible! He should be immediately fired. I would never want my LO here.
Nice retirement community on Signal mountain. I've visited there many times.
Alexian has gone downhill, sadly. They are understaffed and meals are mediocre at best. Significant price increases have not resulted in improved patient care and amenities.
