You "buy" a condo or apartment for around $500,000. That purchases you the privilege of paying $5,000/month in "maintenance" (their version of a HOA fee). The food is bad, and they have no interest in making it better. Food that you are contractually obligated to buy $500 of every month. If you don't eat their food, you pay $500 anyway. Very large facility, clean and well manned. Residents seemed happy, lots of activities. Lots of parking around the entire facility.
Moving to Alexian Village was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The residents are friendly, the food is incredible, the exercise program is perfect for me and I love all the daily and evening opportunities we are offered. So glad I didn’t wait til I was older to move here. Younger was better because I am able to participate in everything Alexian has to offer.
Be at Alexian for 5 yrs. In Jan. The staffs wonderful, fellow residents like family, doing more than I have in years. IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS. So happy here.
Have lived here happily for seven years! Wonderful community with lots of activities to keep you going.
