If you care about your baby and wife: RUN! Labor and Delivery is the worst in IL with nurses having little experience and rude on top. My wife was 50% dilated naturally when we arrived to hospital and they decided to force Induce to “speed things up” causing emergency c section after she fainted due to high bp, high heart rate + baby high heart rate. Protect your selves and go to a better place!
Last May, I gave birth at this facility and continuously expressed my discomfort after delivery, to the nurse. I felt disoriented and kept insisting that something was wrong as I struggled to keep my eyes open with extreme dizziness. I sensed a significant amount of blood gushing, but the nurse dismissed my concerns by stating that I had already given birth to four children before and that the bleeding was normal. I had surgery and from the day surgery location to the hospital everyone was nice and efficient.
What a great experience me and my wife had during her delivery. All nurses and staff are very helpful and be there for us. Specially nurse name Heather in labor department Heather helped us thru out labor like family member and nurse name jody or ( judy) I belive. What a great nurses. All staff were super helpful. Gold bless and thank you for everything. We truly appreciate it.
