I took an ambulance to the emergency room and was treated HORRIBLY BY STAFF I could not even get a warm blanket one of the staff slammed me in the head with a glass sliding door. I was deathly I'll. I was yelled at, told to be quiet and act like an adult!!!!. I was moaning in pain from vomiting up pure stomach acid it was burning a hole in my esophagus. I would not advise going there I will never ever go back there EVER it was hell.

I have a family member that is admitted at the hospital right now and due to COVID we can’t visit her. every time I call to check up on her the nurse is to busy. this happens every time I call. I understand that the medical staff is always busy but they also have to take a few minutes to inform the family members of how the patient is doing. My grandmother was in for an endoscopy yesterday and it was horrible. We were there from 9:50am to 5:30pm. Her surgery was supposed to happen at 11:00am or 11:30am, but she didn’t go back for it until 1:30pm. Then, after I was told that the doctor would come to talk to me after her procedure (she had two separate ones) he never came. It wasn’t until 5:00pm, and talking to four separate nurses(no one knew where she was and blatantly ignored me) someone told me she was in the bathroom and would be ready to go. My daughter had an EKG and an echo done. Service was great. But registration took forever and got my address wrong. So apparently they were sending my bills to that wrong address and when I finally got a bill from them only thanks to my mailman who figured it out I call to make a payment and am told that my account was sold to a collection agency. Good job Alexian Brothers.

I have never had to pay at time of service before, but my last 2 visits in June they advised I needed to stating, 'this is what will be your part after insurance.' I just received my EOBs and on one service they charged me $49 for my portion on the EOB is $15.63 and on the other payment just over $1,000 my portion is $313.64. I should have known better when they tried to charge me over $300 for the preventative testing that they did back off from when I said it was preventative. BEWARE!

I went to a doctor appointment here in regards to gender dysphoria and possibly starting HRT. The doctor was unhelpful and lacked basic knowledge in the area. He claimed that he would look up some resources and send them to me but he never followed through. They just took my copay and shat on me. Trash.

trying to make an appointment with your doctor is horrible. you wait on hold for at least 20 minutes, can't speak to the office. and the red tape is ridiculous. central scheduling needs a lesson in customer service.
