He assured us that we were a priority and he would make make sure everything would be without any delay. The Nurses are Friendly and amazing on the pulmonary unit. Usually a reasonable wait I’m ER. Love the ER staff too.
I had a billing issue due to them submitting their bill late to my insurance company. I had a stay in the hospital and met my “out of pocket” for the year. Nearly a year later, they submitted a bill to UHC which was too late according to their contract. The insurance company assured me I was not responsible for the bill. That didn’t stop Amita from harassing me for months even though I explained it multiple times and even wrote a letter after being told that was the only way I could resolve it. Absolutely not! They take 5 hours to take care of you then they check in maybe 3 times on you in the ER. If you actually cared you’d check more on your patients!
