I had to bring my son in for some neuropsychological testing. I sat in the waiting room for five hours while testing was going on. Jill at the front desk deserves a kudos and a raise. Most people coming in have neurological issues like forgetting appointments, getting agitated etc. Jill took care of these people with patience and dignity.
