I had an exceptional experience at Alexia + Frankie’s! Katie provided outstanding service, truly going above and beyond. As a French Parisian, I haven’t received this level of quality service in a long time. Thank you again for such a wonderful visit—I will definitely be back!
I received a pedicure from Katie that made my feet feel pampered and look red carpet ready! I highly recommend this charming boutique salon which offers hair services, massage & facial, waxing plus the ultimate nail treatments. If it’s not just around the corner from you, it’s well worth making it your destination spa getaway.
Do not waste your time or money here. Their website advertises an Express Manicure for $22 and a 30-minute manicure for $25. I was there for exactly 14 minutes, yet they charged me the full $25 price. To make matters worse, my nails were still dirty when I left. The pricing is misleading, the service was rushed, and the quality was poor. I left feeling overcharged and disappointed. I would not recommend this salon.
