DO NOT ORDER FROM ALEXIA! We ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses, same colour and same size. We ordered in April for an August wedding. When the dresses came in, one of the dresses was marked as a "10" but was in reality a 6. It was a considerably different size from the "real 10" yet we both ordered the same size. We are now scrambling as Alexia won't take any ownership for their mistake. Also, the "size 10" at the bridal shop was different from BOTH "size 10"'s that we ended up receiving. STAY AWAY!

I am extremely displeased with this company. I had 4 months to plan my wedding as my fiance is deploying overseas. I'm 3 weeks out and all my girls have their dresses however 2 of them are extremely faulty. First off my sister measured as a straight 6 according to the alexia design sizing chart (she has other size 6 bridesmaid dresses that fit perfect right now she hasnt gained weight or inches since they were ordered, figured the dress should be perfect). I am an Alexia vendor and we love them. Their pricing is fair and we have NEVER had a late delivery from them. Our customers love that there is a wide array of styles and they are our go-to when girls come in looking for maids dresses with only a couple weeks to go to the wedding. The reviews below mine should both be removed. First off @ weddingdress - you have given a bad review for the wrong company! First impressions are everything, and I do think that customer service over the phone is also very important. I'm trying to find the best deal with my wedding dress. I've called a good 15-20 establishments, and this one, BY FAR, was the RUDEST! They told me they don't give pricing over the phone, and would only cater to you if you came in-person, or if you bought your wedding dress from there... When I asked the sales associate why that was the case, she replied to me with, "because we like to give good customer service." Sh... read more

My daughter finally finds a bridesmaid's dress she likes. An "Alexia design". Of course there would be no price listed. Instead a list of stores. All of which no longer carry Alexia, have gone out of business, or just dont answer the phone. So I find a corporate phone number. A recorder that cuts you off if you dont have an extension number. This company obviously doesnt want to do business. Laundering money perhaps? Please pick on someone less stressed out than mothers of brides-to-be!!
