Dr. Matousek and his team are the most compassionate and caring team of professionals. My husband was diagnosed with lung cancer after being hospitalized for pneumonia. The team of doctors at Sacred Heart that we had were amazing! Once we had our appointment with Dr. Matousek, he did everything he could to get my husband into surgery as soon as possible to take the mass out. Dr. Matousek is our Superman!! It’s hard not to cry as I write this, because he is so amazing in every sense of the word. Your initial appointment with him may be brief, he may be quick to the point. It’s not personal. We didn’t take it that way, but I could see how someone might feel that way. The thing is- he is BUSY. He is busy working his brain on how fast he can get you in & get your surgery done.
