I am writing this review 2 weeks post breast explant. The road to this surgery & decision was long & difficult but deciding on Dr. Markelov was easy. My history includes an initial implant in 2000, two replacements including a nasty silicone “gummy” rupture and ill-advised lollipop lift all culminating in contracture and constant discomfort.
