Yesterday I contacted Kim regarding a Bradford Exchange Blue Wren pendant necklace I had found on her website. A bit of background: My mother had gifted me one many years ago and mum has been gone for over 13 years now. Service was very lovely.
My fiancée and I paid a visit on the weekend looking for wedding rings. We have nothing but amazing things to say about Kim and her store. We were working with a modest budget and timeframe, and Kim gave us so much of her time to help us find the perfect rings. Ring shopping can be quite stressful but here every interaction was kind and patient. This took a lot of stress off us and truly made it quite an enjoyable experience.
