Needed a hallway and stairwell carpeted on short notice. Mimmo took the time to verify all measurements right away and secured installation sooner than expected. Compared with other quotes they were very fair. In house installers were quick and tidy
Had Alexanians carpet cleaning over on Friday September 05 / 25 . Carlos showed up on time and started his work quickly which was fine . He parked his van in our driveway but unfortunately left a stain in the driveway it seems fluids from the cleaning process leaked out of the hose and stained the driveway . 2) as I booked online it allowed me to apply a 15% discount but after the service was provided no discount was applied . They said because this was the minimum charge . No where on there website indicates this . It almos... read more
Zoran was wonderful and patient as I like lots of detail (tight budget), and he was able to help me find ways of saving money. I also split the installation into two phases, with about 10 mths in between, and that was all okay with Alexanian's- they were very flexible. The LVP on two levels and stair carpet are amazing - it's almost like a new house! I am so happy with the results.
