We hired Alexanian in Mississauga to put solid hardwood floors/baseboards in our living room, 3 bedroom 2nd storey, plus vinyl bathroom and laundry room, carpet on stairs. I had a wonderful experience with Alexnians. Melissa was incredibly patient and helpful in assisting me with my carpet selection. Matt and Memo were also very helpful, providing advance notice of the installation date and ensuring a smooth installation process. The carpet installers (Mustafa and his partner) did an amazing job and made sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend their services.
I decided to replace the carpet in my home, and Alexanian seemed like a reputable choice—until they actually did the job. The installation was rushed, and I noticed seams that weren’t properly sealed and edges that were already lifting within weeks. When I called them back to fix it, they gave me the runaround and tried to charge me extra for something that was clearly their mistake. I regret ever hiring them!
From the beginning Alexanians (in particular Sonia) were wonderful to work with and very helpful. Love my rug and hope to order more! Thank you Alexanians!
We got carpet in our bedroom last month and it makes such a difference and you can feel the quality. George helped us to pick out the right carpet for us and was very knowledgable and personable. Trevor and Raf did an awesome job installing our carpet. They were patient and so nice with all the questions I had. Definitely recommend Trevor and Raf for installs, they get the job done right!
