Zoran was wonderful and patient as I like lots of detail (tight budget), and he was able to help me find ways of saving money. I also split the installation into two phases, with about 10 mths in between, and that was all okay with Alexanian's- they were very flexible. Had Alexanians carpet cleaning over on Friday September 05 / 25 . Carlos showed up on time and started his work quickly which was fine . He parked his van in our driveway but unfortunately left a stain in the driveway it seems fluids from the cleaning process leaked out of the hose and stained the driveway . 2) as I booked online it allowed me to apply a 15% discount but after the service was provided no discount was applied .
