Had a great experience with picking out new carpet for our stairs with George as well as the install by Matt. Everyone was super friendly, quick to answer our questions and easy to deal with. Install was professional and thorough. Matt went above & beyond. Would highly recommend.
Terrible customer service. The sales rep pointed me to the general area where the hardwood flooring I wanted to purchase was and walked away without offering to help me locate it, answer questions, etc. The second rep said there was no sample and left without offering to help me find something comparable, or to otherwise assist me in any way.
