Excellent service from Ray helping me to make the best choice of carpet and underpad and coming to my home to measure the correct amount needed for the job. The installation was carefully and neatly done and I am very pleased with the result. Thank you Alexanians Carpet.
We just had Mannington Adura floors installed and we are so pleased with the result. It was a pleasure to deal with Ray and with Peter the installer from beginning to end. Both were exceedingly pleasant and professional and met their commitments. Ray said Peter was a perfectionist and indeed he was. He was also incredibly hard working and meticulous. The whole process went smoothly and the result was even better than we expected. We were so happy we went with this local company.
We ordered new basement stairs carpet, with installation from Alexanian. We did the removal of the old carpet ourselves, including pulling the hundreds of staples. The installation crew arrived right on time at the scheduled time. Two very pleasant gentlemen arrived and set up quickly after asking us to show them the stairs. We had an amazing experience with Tony (he’s absolutely AMAZING!) Tony went above and beyond to help us secure a quick installation right after the quotation. We were initially concerned about the measurements of our house, but he quickly reviewed everything, provided a clear and straightforward quotation, and made the whole process easy to understand. Alexanian's Hazeldean Rd location installed carpet on our stairs and flooring in our basement. We are repeat clients of this location because the sales staff (Tony) and Chris and his team of installers do a great job every time.
