Their product is 5 star and that’s where it ends. Can’t speak for other locations but avoid Kanata at all costs. There sales manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered. After calling regarding an installation issue he showed, up barged into our house and proceeded to intimidate my wife and provoke me to the point I barked back. This is our second time hiring Alexanian on Hazeldean Road in Kanata for installation of flooring. We were very happy with the flooring installed in our rec room a few years ago, and based on that we hired Alexanian to install luxury vinyl flooring in our cottage.
