This is bad service center ever i had my car bought from them and when needed the service to fix my sound system which is bad they refused to fix it !!! And when i went again for wiper blades that are included in warranty they are trying to charge me and they charged me 66 dollars for plastic blades !!
The repair services people aren't mindful and are more like salespeople. Make you wait longer time always, I suspect the work would have already been done but they just make your wait and make it seem like it was more lavour time. They been making me wait 4-5 hours for oil changes. Went last week at 9am for a small repair, at 11:40 they said it will be an hour more. Waited till 3:30 just to find the person on his phone then he said the repair people didn't bring him the ticket. Has happened before aswell when I went up to th... read more
Called a few times with questions on my ID.4 and they were extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I expect to use them for the life of the car and appreciate the excellent customer service.
