Best salesperson ever. Work with Carlton, he’s the man!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! These people are either grossly incompetent, which is very likely, or their service department is one huge racket. After spending thousands of dollars on repairs to address a single issue, my car still doesn’t run properly. These people should be investigated by the FTC.
I had the pleasure of working with Maria Salimi on the purchase of my 2019 Golf Alltrack. Maria was very responsive to all of my questions and went out of her way to ensure the car was secured for me. The car was better than expected. I highly recommend her.
We worked with Jerson on some issues with our Atlas and he was so helpful and worked hard to get our services needed covered under our extended warranty. We also dropped off on Thursday and it was ready for us the next late afternoon. Great service overall!
