Thomas Ramey best guy they have working there, always hooks me up, straightforward and helpful guy. (Also they got a coffee machine that dispenses hot chocolate in the main lobby while you wait.)
Warning: Stay away from this place — seriously. I have a 5-year tire warranty, and just because the repair is supposed to be free under that warranty, they’ve been making me wait for hours every single time. I’ve come here five times, and every time they either do nothing or delay on purpose. Meanwhile, people who came after me were helped and left — but I’m still stuck waiting. Why?
