I had a great experience at Toyota Alexandria Service Center. James Moore assisted me during check-in, and he was excellent. He greeted everyone with a smile and handled everything with professionalism. It’s clear he cares about customer service and creating a welcoming environment. Thank you, James, for making the process smooth and pleasant.
The terrible rating is rightly earned. They are not honest about repairs and do not stand by their work. When their work fails multiple time, they find a reason to blame you - and I’m driving a car still under warranty! Alexandria Toyota is single handedly making me rethink being a Toyota owner.
Today, I went in to get state & emission inspection done. It was a last minute thing. Jenny Kirby, Sterian & Dae were all very helpful Nd got me in and out in a jiffy. Great place and service.
After being a customer for years, I will no longer return. On my last service visit before the holidays, they lied by stating I had a nail in my tire that couldn't be repaired and I'd need a new tire before taking any long drives (as many tend to do around the holidays). Luckily, I bought my tires at Costco. And after two hours with Costco Tire Service, I was told they could not find any nails in any of my tires. My sales person Sultan did an amazing job at selling me the car I was looking for that fit in with my budget range. Wanted to give a big shout out to Freddy and Maverick also throughout the sales process. Will do business here again.
