Can't meaningly rate Alexandria Toyota. They did respond quickly, but contrary to what CarGurus shows as available (A few vehicles were listed for Alexandria Toyota) The response was they had no RAV4 Hybrids, if interested, I could place a deposit for a possible 12 week delivery. I will try to locate a dealership that has a Hybrid RAV that I could test drive before committing to buy, and also would like to insure that the quoted price would not increase after a 3 month waiting period.
Dealer contacted me via email and phone. I prefer email or text. I contacted the dealer back and set up a test drive. The dealership was nice and clean. The dealer himself was so helpful in the process I did not feel overwhelmed like I normally do when buying a car. The finance manager was great as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

They called and emailed me information on the car I was interested in as well as information on other vehicles they had.
Sales team was extremely helpful. I had requested a quote on a vehicle with a specific build and the Taylor team researched Toyota databases to come up with an almost exact match. The contact person was solicitous, courteous and patient with our numerous questions. Highly recommend this dealership!
