It kills me seeing these good reviews for scam artists.. over charged me for work, didn’t do the work I asked for and did nothing relevant to help my situation. I was referred to them and even the person who referred me no longer sees them. They do have a list of people that would refuse help from then at this point. So yes they used to be great. Now I wouldn’t trust them to pump my gas. Hoping they get what they have coming to them and the doors close.
These guys are great! My family has been using them for 4 years, and have never had an issue. Honest, trustworthy, friendly and respectful! They have done everything from oil changes, brakes, filter changes, to diagnosing a mechanical issue I had with my truck, arbitrarily starting when it wanted. In the office, Shelly is alway polite, communicative, has the answers I need, alway! Kudos Alexandria Total Car Care, top notch.
Great ppl, reasonable prices for great service
It was quick to get in. The mechanic was quick to diagnose and honest about the way to precede.
