I like dr. Reyes but I can never get an appointment from her. The other doctor they assigned me was so condescending I stopped going there. When she was doing a pep-smear it hurt a little and she said “gosh you are so sensitive!”. Doesn’t listen to your concerns and instead brushes off with common answers I already know.
I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Alex Reyes and the entire team at Magnolia Gynecology. Dr. Reyes has been instrumental in guiding me through the challenges of peri-menopause. She consistently demonstrates a high level of expertise, taking the time to thoroughly explain my lab results, imaging, and treatment options. I hate leaving negative reviews but I have to in this case. We sought out Magnolia because she was supposed to be an expert. Unfortunately during the year we wasted here my wife just got worse and worse. The office staff has their heads up their rear end most of the time and don't seem to care unless they know you're upset. Anytime you need to talk to Dr Reyes they always want more money. Dr. Reyes is a knowledgeable and professional doctor who respects her patients. With 10 years of experience as Dr. Reyes being my doctor I have always looked forward to my appointments. I always know that her advice is based on the latest scientific research. She is the menopause specialist all women would like to have. Her staff is friendly and welcoming. I just established with Dr Moorhead for GYN services. Her and Yerian have extremely good bedside manner. I would recommend them to anyone in South Tampa. They have great cash pay prices too. I was able to get an appointment within a week and colposcopy within 2.
