Had an issue last year with them disputing legal insurance rates, felt like insurance fraud. Now they don’t take insurance at all but didn’t notify any customers. Very unprofessional, just let your customers know ahead of time you’re not accepting insurance so they can plan accordingly. Now we need to find a new office and get on a 3 month waitlist for new patience. Awful!
