Worst ever they don't care about the people they are suppose to help
Did not have a good experience at all. They make false promises and are not professional with responding or communicating.
The staff is very unprofessional. If you call or send a email they are not responding. The supervisor or supervisors is not returning emails or calls which is unprofessional. Somebody needs to do something about them lazy workers. It’s ridiculous.
Someone really needs to step in or step up and make changes . You can leave messages no one corresponds and it’s truly disrespectful and disturbing because this office and employees are supposed to be there to assist clients needs. You are left clueless ! Not to mention left in bad situations especially with late documents reaching you but rushed back . It’s inhuman and unfair !
