Lack of communication and transparency to simply be informed with respect and not feeling like I’m being evaded, dismissed without a resolution or valued. It’s difficult to reach out to anyone professionally and having always being met with contempt as though I am a burden or problematic. Just now I read disturbing information on facebook. I am ashamed that I live in Alexandria and this has been my home for fifty plus years. Same on you Alexandria! You are one of the oldest towns in the United States , and this is how you're treating the residents that need help. Alexandria on top of being one of the oldest cities in the United States is also 1 of the richest. So incredibly disturbing.
