Very good service and staff.
I've been desperately searching all of NY for my prescription refill while there's a shortage in Adhd medication. Alexandria pharmacy was not only the *only* place to have my medication in stock, they were so quick about filling the prescription and then working a delivery plan to get it to me at low cost because I'm in BK while they're in Queens. I'm super appreciative of how kind both employees I spoke to were. Thanks Y'all!!

I do not recommend this place at all. The Algerian man who works there was extremely rude. He kicked us out even though one of the people with us was a woman just because we went inside to buy what we needed while waiting for our Uber. It was extremely cold outside, and we only stayed inside briefly until the Uber arrived while shopping. Despite the fact that we are Arabs like him and Muslims like him, he showed no respect at all.
