They have always done good work, and they stand behind it. They replaced my starter, which unfortunately failed again two weeks later. They quickly replaced the defective starter, and include as standard a year guarantee on it. They don't get in a hurry, but this means they take the neccessary time to do the job right the first time. Rates seem fair, though I've not really done any comparison shopping.
