One star for deceptive billing. I came in for a routine physical and mentioned a detail of my medical history. The doctor offered a referral, then charged me for a separate, additional office visit because of it. Even after I tried to resolve this with the office, they wouldn't budge. If you want a physical that is actually covered as preventive, be cautious about what you disclose, or you'll be charged twice for a single appointment.
Dr. McKay was once again not very informative about the conditions she brought up to me. Once again making me feel uncomfortable and uncared for. When I asked her to explain the condition, she went as far as to tell me, “I think you already know what it is but you’re asking me just to test me.” Her behavior was quiet unprofessional and made me feel unwelcomed.
