The worst decision I ever made was to move my mother into Alexandria Manor. The Bath location was (as of 2022) dirty. They never answered the phone and the doors were locked so visiting was practically impossible. Apparently it hasn't gotten any better since staff members are giving reviews as of 2 months ago.
Excellent facility, my grandmother lived here and everyone was very caring and attentive! Would recommend 100%
I went to visit my brother Alan and and sister in law Carol kutzler who live here and the people who worked there were very pleasant and showed they really cared about the people that they work with.I was a out of state visitor.
Jackie, Alyssa, Crystal, Julie and the entire staff are wonderful, caring and hard working individuals that truly care about the residents. Thank you for all that you do for our seniors, and for my mom.
Alexandria manor in bath has a great family feel to it they give the absolute best they can for each and every resident I've watched as some residents were being very difficult with staff and the situation was handled with care compassion and empathy for the residents...... my grandfather resides there and I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for everything the staff does there
