I've lived here for 7 years. The community here is so kind. It's a safe building. The construction and redecorating of the halls and entry way are under way at this time. It will look healthier when all is finished.

My wife’s car just got towed for parking in the visitors spot over night because my condo only owns “one spot” I’m in the army and got million other different bs I have to worry about now this I brought it up to one of the ladies that work here about parking she said we only get the one spot for the two cars but I can rent one of her extra spots she doesn’t use come to find out she’s a board member. Very accessible building by DC standards with several central elevators. Roof is flat with waterproof membrane and easy to bring materials up to. Met Ellen and Buddy and they were very nice.

How INSANE can this place be to charge a thousand dollars a month in HOA fees!? Your property is NOT that nice whatsoever. The things you provide for such an asinine fee is not worth it at all.
