How INSANE can this place be to charge a thousand dollars a month in HOA fees!? Your property is NOT that nice whatsoever. The things you provide for such an asinine fee is not worth it at all.

Terrible place to live. Constant leaks and maintenance issues. Two rooms of our home flooded after a leak from the ceiling. HOA is incredibly expensive and from what I can see, they do nothing to benefit the tenants. Then after living there for a year, management towed my car away with no warning. Then when I confronted management about it one of the employees (Luis), asked “if I wanted to step outside.” Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

I've been living here for a year so I'll be honest with you if you're considering buying here. Pros: The staff is wonderful! Judy and Luis are amazing people. My move from Utah was rough and they did and still continue to do anything they can to make life in NOVA a little easier and happier. The building is concrete so it's way quiet. It's suuuuuper rare to hear noise from any of my neighbors. The water pressure is amazing and it's nice and hot - perfect to wash the yucky days away.
