Persistent problem resolved with the warranty, appreciate Troy with the guidance!
Alejandra did a fantastic job getting my 2023 Ionic 5 routine maintenance knocked out. Knowledgeable of the recommended service and no up-charging. Work completed well ahead of schedule and the complimentary wash looked great! Note: The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is because the AI assisted phone service seemingly accomplishes nothing. Again, not a concern with the service center, just another example of AI slop where human interaction is more efficient.
The staff is nice and I got my car serviced appropriately, but waited 4+ hours for a basic tune up and oil change after making an appointment. If you take your car, expect to wait a while
