Called for appointment this date to replace blown tire, plus alignment maybe oil change, too. Left messages and never received a call. All automated. No human interface. Went elsewhere and will not service my car here. Unacceptable.
Disappointing and not customer-friendly experience - I was assigned a “team member,” but was never told who that was or how to contact them. - The shop called me about additional services, but after my husband and I called back multiple times over two days, no one returned our calls. - I had to go into the shop in person just to find out what was happening with my car. Persistent problem resolved with the warranty, appreciate Troy with the guidance!
Alejandra did a fantastic job getting my 2023 Ionic 5 routine maintenance knocked out. Knowledgeable of the recommended service and no up-charging. Work completed well ahead of schedule and the complimentary wash looked great! Note: The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is because the AI assisted phone service seemingly accomplishes nothing. Again, not a concern with the service center, just another example of AI slop where human interaction is more efficient.
