good luck trying to reach someone there
There is no clear instructions on how to check in when you get there, so you’d just have to park your car and go wait in line at the office for a service representative to check you in. Not sure what the point is of having an appointment when I waited for over 5 hours for service to be completed on my car (even though I was quoted 2 to 3 hours) while people that came after me all left before me. Took the car in for regular service and now I have a bunch of warning lights that weren’t there before and cruise control no longer works. I now have to find another service location to fix everything these people did. DO NOT GO HERE
Called for appointment this date to replace blown tire, plus alignment maybe oil change, too. Left messages and never received a call. All automated. No human interface. Went elsewhere and will not service my car here. Unacceptable.
