We've been living at The Alexandria House since 2022. We selected this condo based on its location in Old Town Alexandria and its proximity to The Potomac River and Washington, DC. Because of its age, it has spacious rooms, with HUGE balconies, in which you can place a gas grill and hammock. The concierge service is outstanding. Utilities are included in the HOA, and the views from the top of the building are probably some of the best in the DC area.
