My parents were one of the first residents to move into the building back in the 70s. The building is well-built, can't hear neighbors. Management and staff are outstanding, responsive, communicative, positive, customer service-oriented. Near to an abundance of local activities, and you can stay home and join one of several interest groups coordinated by a resident. Really, there's nothing not to like! Worth the investment in yourself.
We lived there in the late 90's, always a wonderful place, great neighbors and views.
