Do not go to this place. I had an appointment at Sheehy Honda, but the receptionist or service advisor—whoever it was—was incredibly unhelpful and rude, even though I had a scheduled appointment. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was unbelievable. I was so frustrated that I canceled on the spot and drove straight to Landmark Honda instead. At Landmark, I walked in without an appointment and was treated with respect and kindness right away. The difference was night and day.
Worst Service Ever at Sheehy Honda Took our car in for an oil change, and they didn’t reinstall the oil pan properly. It fell off while driving, damaging it. When we went back, the so-called manager Mike was rude, cut us off, and refused to take any responsibility. We’ve been loyal customers since 2023, but after this mess and their nasty attitude, we’ll never go back. Avoid this place at all costs!

Ruben Guzman’s service was good at first moment, but due to a mistake by the assistant who didn't even apologize, he made us waste time and ended up showing how rude he is.
Honestly, this Honda is criminal with how it tries to take advantage of people who don't know anything about cars. They wanted to charge my husband $1500 to replace an oil pan because it was cross threaded- let me just say this vehicle was just shipped from overseas and passed German inspection- there was nothing wrong with the car no leaks, nothing.
