Great service. Tom is very knowledgeable about rugs, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process of scheduling, pick up and delivery of the rug. I highly recommend their service.
Did an awesome job! Had a bunch of pet stains on the carpet from our dogs and those got pulled up very well. Gave me some awesome tips for keeping the carpets cleaner and left me with some gift certificates and carpet spot remover. Would use again!
Efficient, high powered machine. Wish he would have worn bootie on his shoes- stood on the carpet he just cleaned with his shoes on.
Tom completely saved me and my rug! I had a messy dog accident while dog sitting and had to leave for a family vacation the following morning, leaving the stain to sit for 3 days. Tom arrived the day after I called to pick up and clean the rug. I had my rug back a week later and not a trace of the stains. Highly recommend! Also of note- I called a few other companies and Tom’s pricing was very reasonable. Five star review all around!
