We just moved to the Alexandria area and I did a lot of shopping around for someone to clean our rugs for a reasonable price. I originally went with a cheaper company, which was a big mistake. (They cancelled on me 5 minutes after my service window ended even though I called multiple days that day to confirm someone was coming). I called Tom the same day to get something set up.
