Gina, Meaghan, Lideya, and the rest of the staff were professional, communicative, and helpful throughout every step of the process. These ladies helped me to design and deliver a truly beautiful custom engagement ring for my new fiancée, and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. Bottom line: This is my trusted Jeweler in the DC area. Came here on a word of mouth recommendation. Alexandria & Company does its work on site, and even if there is a small wait, you know it is because they do quality work. This location is appointment only (to ensure your visit is well executed). Tim at Alexandria & Co is an exquisite artist! He worked with my now husband for months planning out the perfect custom engagement ring for me, and his design inputs and customer service finesse were impeccable. We came for a custom ring consultation for an engagement ring. It was very detailed and during the meeting, she was very sweet and listened to all of our questions and was very helpful. However, she said she’d reach back out to us by the end of the week and would ask the jeweler questions regarding our design. My boyfriend also reached out the following week when we had no response, and still nothing.
