We came for a custom ring consultation for an engagement ring. It was very detailed and during the meeting, she was very sweet and listened to all of our questions and was very helpful. However, she said she’d reach back out to us by the end of the week and would ask the jeweler questions regarding our design. My boyfriend also reached out the following week when we had no response, and still nothing. I went in for a consultation with Gina. She was lovely and super helpful explaining different options for my engagement ring. The staff is very knowledgeable I appreciated the time they took with my appointment. Would definitely recommend.
