The staff at Alx&co were wonderful. They helped us step by step in designing the perfect customized ring, explained the value and use of some existing stones, and provided excellent value for money.
We had an unbelievably positive experience. Tim listened thoughtfully to what we were looking for and provided excellent advice and ideas. As the production process progressed he was very responsive and transparent. He was also willing to work with me on an accelerated timeline, which was greatly appreciated. The finished product is perfect, and we can’t recommend this team enough!
