We had a great experience at Alexandria Clinic with Dr. Abdelmoula. The staff was kind, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Dr. Abdelmoula is very nice, patient, and caring. He has a great sense of humor and is very respectful. The wait time was quite long, even though I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment, which unfortunately disrupted my schedule. Additionally, I believe the overall patient experience could be improved with a more friendly and welcoming approach from the staff.
I’ve been a patient here for 9 years, but my experience has been deeply disappointing. After a life-threatening gallbladder emergency surgery on March 2nd—complete with necrosis, gangrene, large stones, and an extended incision—my PCP never flagged any issues despite years of care. Today my fiancée waited over 1.5 hours past our appointment time, with zero communication or apology. I’m switching providers after feeling overlooked, I’ve being complacent. Seek care elsewhere if you value your time and health.
Dr.AbdulMaula was excellent! We were recommended by our friend and needed health check documents etc for official purposes. Wait times can take a while , but he was super professional and the ladies at the front desk got it all wrapped and sealed next day itself .
