The customer came in and talked face to face with the Service Manager after his initial displeasure with his visit. The oil was cleaned off the areas that we preformed any work on. Also, In the conversation, his concerns were brought up and the solution presented to the customer were that if the repair was done here, we were going to cover part of the cost and if the wheel bearing was not the issue- we would not charge him. DO NOT TRUST THEM, they sold me a 2013 Tucson for $14,000 and now less than two years later the vehicle has major electrical and AWD repair costs. I called to see if they would help with the problems and I was told that they were too busy for me. Didn't even offer to look at the vehicle. Still owe a substantial amount on the loan and now over $2,500 in repair costs. They are only interested in a quick sale and do not care about anything else. You would be wise to look somewhere else for a vehicle.
