I want to thank Alexandria Carpet Cleaners for coming to my rescue. I had a previous appointment with another company, but things didn’t work out. I’m so glad Alexandria Carpet Cleaners showed up and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets, even better than I expected. Dillon was very professional and knowledgeable. I had six rooms and the hallways cleaned at a great price. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I reached out to the office, and they quickly set up my appointment. The carpet on my stairs looks almost brand new, and my area rugs are beautifully cleaned. The two rocker swivel chairs I had cleaned now look fantastic again. Sebastian was very professional and addressed all my concerns. He even surprised me with plastic corner protectors to keep my home's corners safe from the long hose used for cleaning. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of carpet and upholstery cleaning.

I was getting ready to host a baby shower for my friend at my home and felt a bit embarrassed about how dirty my sofa had gotten from my two large dogs lounging on it. I reached out to Alexandria Carpet Cleaners for a carpet cleaning service. The technician arrived promptly and was very professional, bringing all the necessary equipment. He took great care to protect the furniture and walls while setting up, ensuring that no damage occurred during the cleaning process. I can't praise Sebastian enough for his professionalism and quality of work from start to finish. He was recommended by my neighbors after my toilet valve leaked water into my bedroom carpet. From the moment I called to get a quote, he explained the carpet cleaning process in a clear and effective way. Others offered lower prices, but their remediation methods were confusing at best.
