This is our second time having Alexandria Carpet Cleaners clean the carpets in our three bedrooms, staircase, and doorway. With two young kids, we had lots of stains from markers and crayons, but Dillon was very thorough, quick, and did a fantastic job. The carpets look spotless! Not only did the team arrive in Alexandria the same day I called, but they also came back the next day without hesitation to take care of a stubborn stain that came back. AVOID! Don’t book them for couch cleaning. The technician started with the classic bait and switch changing the price from $79 to $275 if you want a more thorough clean than just regular "steam". Then he stayed for only 25 minutes to “clean” said couch. Save yourself some money and do it yourself or find a business that actually cares about their work. NEVER AGAIN!
I was able to set up a carpet cleaning appointment quickly, which was very convenient. My technician was Dillon, who worked really hard and made sure the carpets were cleaned thoroughly. He had some issues with the equipment during the job, but he stayed positive and handled everything professionally. Even though he was here for a long time, he got the carpets looking great. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely use them again for carpet cleaning!
I was so happy to get a quick response when I asked about having my carpets and furniture cleaned. Dillon came out the next day and made my couches and carpets look brand new! He even removed a stain that had been there for years. The service was fantastic and everyone was friendly. Since I have pets, I needed a cleaning process without harsh chemicals, and they delivered just that. All the products used were safe for my family, pets, and the environment.
