They were very professional, polite, and made sure to explain the whole process and the costs to both me and my husband. today, michael came to clean our carpets and did an excellent job. i called a few days back to get a quote for cleaning five rooms, and the price was fair. i was given a two-hour arrival window and got a text message when he was on his way. he arrived right at 11:00 and started working immediately. our old carpets, which are about 13 years old, looked so much better and fresher after he finished. even though some areas are worn out from years of use, at least now they look clean and smell fresh. when the work was done, i pai... read more
