No idea if the carpet cleaning is good because I couldn’t get past the call center person. I asked a question about services offered, and the guy rudely spoke over me, talking a mile a minute without letting me get a word it, telling me a technician would go over my options after I scheduled, and to call back when I wanted to schedule. We have a lobby area rug that we have cleaned every year. This time, we tried a new carpet cleaning company in Alexandria, and our rug came back looking absolutely amazing—just like it was brand new! The colors were bright, the rug was flat, and the whole process was easy and pleasant. We also had our office carpets cleaned. This is our second time having Alexandria Carpet Cleaners clean the carpets in our three bedrooms, staircase, and doorway.
