Complete lack of empathy
After my family member received a clean bill of health in the early half of this year, we are now faced with stage 4 cancer that has invaded the bone. I have no recommendation.
The issue I have is I was diagnosed with issue requiring a surgical procedure in November. I was told I would hear from Dr. Lynch in a week. I didn’t. I called the office 3 times each tim I was told she would call me within a week. She didn’t. I finally called again and at last the message got through Late February to schedule my procedure and an appointment to see Dr. Lynch.
