I filled out a form online to be scheduled for today, Friday 10/24. No one called me to confirm so I called in the morning. No one answer the call. No one call back and I called at 3 PM to verify that my appointment is still there, and Receptionist sounded lost and gave me an excuse that the system was acting funny. Why are you gonna run promotions on social media and not honor them and allow Patient to schedule online and not have appointments for the patient ?

Madelin, Danielle and Joel were great! They were all very welcoming and cared about my concerns. Dr. Rod is amazing at what he does. I would highly recommend to visit.
Have visit other chiropractors, but for sure this has been the must caring specially by the Dr. Chris. I can’t express but good thing about the stuffs, the receptionist ladies are so great and understanding. Thank you Palmercare Chiropractic Alexandria.
