I lived in building 538 for 14 years. We were hit with an assessment of $1,000 in December, then another $1000 in January; this does not include the HOA for both months. The landscaping is horrible, the noise from other units is loud, and besides the location this place is a trap with the ever increasing HOA fees. I got out of there just in time. Be careful of who you rent from. We recently moved out of Andria drive Unit 201. 4 years of multiple issues, including mold filled air conditioners, sliding doors which didn’t lock, whitish powder coming off of floor daily, counters falling down and contact papered. No renovations occurred as stated in the current online ad. The ad also has old pictures. The only items that were fixed were what the fire department fined for. I have owned a unit in this condo development for over 5 years. Here is my opinion: 1. The location is great. Hillsborough is a nice town, where the Main street is undergoing redevelopment. Unfortunately, Rt 206 expansion project has been delayed numerous times, now aiming to be finished in 2027. There is access to public transit to get to NYC or Philly. 2. The residents are very nice.
