I have owned a unit in this condo development for over 5 years. Here is my opinion: 1. The location is great. Hillsborough is a nice town, where the Main street is undergoing redevelopment. Unfortunately, Rt 206 expansion project has been delayed numerous times, now aiming to be finished in 2027. There is access to public transit to get to NYC or Philly. 2. The residents are very nice. The worst of the worst, management company is non existent, won't answer the phone when there's a problem (which is often) and won't return messages that are left.

Management of the complex is horrible. The buildings are ran down and look decrepit, and the same can be said for the grounds. Shared heat and hot water is constantly out and nothing is repaired for days on end.

Another 3 days with no hot water last week, management is absolutely worthless. NOTHING is ever done proactively in this dump of a development, we pay over $400 a month in maintenance fees for absolutely no service.
