Beautiful office, friendly staff, and knowledgeable about my condition (psoriasis)
As opposed to another review I find the office staff is excellent. Dr. Simpson is a wonderful doctor. Very thorough and explains everything very well.
I have to agree with the slow tip. Came here early for paper work my appointment time has passed and I'm still waiting

I was searching for the mailing address and happened to read the negative review from 9-10-2010. I never write reviews online, but this office deserves some credit. I've been a patient of the office for the last 5 months with 3 visits per week. The office staff are great. I always arrive to a warm welcome and quick checkin. I've had to call several times to reschedule and have never had a problem.
This office seems to be totally intimidated by its communications system. Telephone calls are not answered or when answered are shifted to lines which go dead. Office staff is of the mind that if they smile and say they have a new telephone system, all should be forgiven. For a completrely dehumanizing experience, call this office.
