It is a good gym to go workout at. They have a good selection of machines and equipment. I do wish the free weight area was larger and had more weights. I find myself constantly searching the gym for 45s for the squat rack. I think they need one more bench in the free weight area as well. Also they should get a deadlift platform. I dislike using the regular weights to do deadlifts. It is very loud. I enjoy the pool and the locker rooms are well maintained.
Excellent class! Lots of energy exuded through an experienced and dedicated coach. Thank you for bringing back a favorite workout from my past.

The first pop up step class was fabulous!! Instructor Lisa did a great job teaching us, and her calling was perfect.
I enjoy step classes and did them for years, about 12 years ago. I remembered most of the step calls. I did find that 45 minutes of a nonstop routine was pretty exhausting and I had to stop and take a short break a couple of times. I would like to see a step class added to the schedule. Probably not quite as intense.
