Never ever taken in time, and not even close to the appointment time (up to one and half hours late). Hard to get anyone to pick up the phone... leaving messages - nobody calls back... trying to set an appointment - no matter what but there is never time I can be just simply seen. Place used to be better but that was before pandemics. Feels like there is no more time for me and my needs.
