I contacted this office and I don’t know who they have at the front desk taking phones but she is VERY VERY rude!!!!!! Whoever her boss is need to pull her to the side and let her know it doesn’t matter who call the office she should have respect and show professionalism….
Never ever taken in time, and not even close to the appointment time (up to one and half hours late). Hard to get anyone to pick up the phone... leaving messages - nobody calls back... trying to set an appointment - no matter what but there is never time I can be just simply seen. Place used to be better but that was before pandemics. Feels like there is no more time for me and my needs.
