The store is so elegant and beautiful, you feel as if you have entered a high end boutique in new york or france. A real diamond in the rough. I can't say enough good things about Alexandra's! I went to 10 stores before coming to Alexandra's where I finally found my dream gown. I had been starting to panic that I wouldn't find the gown for me and I ended up coming here alone so that I could search for a dress with a clear head- minimal opinions from family :). Where do I begin to tell you about the amazing talents and services provided to you at Alexandra's. I felt like I was a part of their family every time I stepped in the door. I was in search of the perfect dress and had gone to many bridal boutiques before I had stumbled upon Alexandra's Boutique. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming smile by all of the girls. Worst Bridal shop ever ... ruined my dress.. awful service... wish I never went there... AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.... owner very rude... very bad alteration on my dress.. my mom had to fix my dress the night before the wedding since it was falling apart....
I didn't find the service to be rude when I went shopping for my dress and it was the busy prom season. They actually assisted me without an appt on a Saturday afternoon. I did purchase my dress from this place because I couldn't find it anywhere else but have not had to deal with the alteration process yet. I have heard that they suck for bridesmaids dresses therefore I am going somewhere else for that. We'll see how the rest of my experience goes.

worst experience of my life. The alterations ruined my dress, I have nothing to wear to my child's wedding. The owner acts like it is my fault that the dress has been taken in too much?? Rude, dismissive attitude on the staff's behalf. There are much better places to shop. Dont shop here
Very unprofessional staff. They were not attentive, and I did have an appointment and serious intent to buy a dress. They treated me like a child, seriously, it was very uncomfortable. They also don't allow photographs which is absolutely insane when buying a wedding dress. I found the perfect dress, but went home, looked it up, and bought it at another store. Do not waste your time with this place, their horrible attitudes are not tolerable!
