Make very sure you want the dress you purchase as you will never see any refund or exchange for any reason given. I bought a dress for Mother of the Bride and the skirt attached was pulled high to my rib cage in order for it to fit and therefore they insisted on making adjustments to the top. It was too small for me but they wanted to get rid of this off the rack item and pressured me with "oh, I love this dress, It's my favorite." "You look beautiful." This place was not helpful in finding my wedding dress. The woman kept bringing me the opposite of what I was asking for. I spoke to the manager who was very condescending and had no empathy for me. Will not be going back after I pick up my dress. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress.

I did buy a dress but I felt pressured into buying this dress because it was the only dress that was simple like I had asked for. This dress was the last dress and given to us after 2 hours of 4 woman repeating over and over for a ************* still in school with the way I was spoken too by the Store manager who showed no empathy.
